- Refunds are not guaranteed once the service has been initiated, except in the case of non-delivery or non-performance, subject to management review.
4. Project Timelines
- Project timelines are shared before work begins and depend on client cooperation and content delivery.
- Any delay in approvals, feedback, or resource sharing from the client may result in timeline extensions.
- WeboticRanks shall not be liable for missed deadlines due to unforeseen technical or external factors.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

- Ensuring that any content, images, or materials shared do not infringe on third-party rights or copyrights.
6. Intellectual Property
- Any and all content, design elements, graphics, and custom code developed by WeboticRanks for a client project belong to the client when paid in full.
- WeboticRanks will have the right to display completed projects within its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
WeboticRanks will not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, or consequential damages caused by the website or inability to use the website or services.
- Loss of business, revenue, or data because of website downtime, SEO changes, or third-party actions.
8. Third-Party Tools & Services
Our services can include third-party tools (e.g., hosting, plugins, analytics tools). We are not liable for updates, licensing, or bugs caused by third-party products or platforms.
9. Confidentiality
All confidential business data exchanged between WeboticRanks and the client will be treated in confidence and employed only for the provision of agreed-on services.
10. Ending of Services
We may suspend or end services in instances of:
- Non-payment
- Breach of contract
- Abusive or uncooperative conduct
Either party can end the agreement with 7 days’ prior written notice.
